* The annual meeting may be closed early, postponed, curtailed, relocated, or cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, spread of infectious diseases, or other reasons beyond the control of the organizer. Sponsoring companies will not be compensated for any damages caused by these changes.
* If the annual meeting is cancelled, or the format of the annual meeting is changed due to the aforementioned reasons, the organizer will deduct the cost of preparation from the sponsorship fee and bill or refund the difference to the sponsoring companies. The amount will be calculated retroactively from the dates of the annual meeting to the date the organizer cancels or changes the format.
