After an application has been accepted, cancellations are generally not allowed unless the Organizing Committee determines that the cancellation is due to force majeure. If the Organizing Committee approves the cancellation, the applicant must submit a written explanation of the cancellation reasons. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date the cancellation notice is received.

* The organizer reserves the right to terminate the annual meeting early, postpone, scale it down, relocate, or cancel it due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by sponsoring companies as a result of these changes.
* If the annual meeting is canceled or its format is changed due to the reasons mentioned above, the organizer will calculate the sponsorship fee after deducting preparation costs and either bill or refund the difference to the sponsoring companies. The adjusted amount will be calculated retroactively, based on the period from the originally scheduled meeting dates to the date of cancellation or format change.

Please leave the booth allocation to the discretion of the secretariat.
If you wish to request the following options (1 or 2), please make sure to write the name of the company you wish to be adjacent to or avoid adjacency with in the “Remarks” section below.
If no information is provided in the “Remarks” section, the booth allocation will be entirely left to the secretariat, and please note that no refunds for exhibition fees or changes to booth allocation will be accommodated after it is finalized.
Please also note that requests regarding booth allocation other than options (1) and (2) will not be accepted.

Electricity
*Applications for electricity will be accepted in late September, along with other options.

Electricity is not included in the exhibition fee.
Electricity and electrical installation fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
●Type A, C, AS, CS, & AR: 1 fluorescent Light (40W) per booth will be attached to the back side of the parapet.
●Type B: No lighting is attached.
●An invoice will be sent after the meeting from A&E planning Co., Ltd..
●Electricity charge is as follows (100V / with 2 outlets inside booth):
〜500W 38,500 JPY(incl.tax)
501W〜1KW 44,000 JPY(incl.tax)
・For the use of over 1KW, 22,000 JPY(incl.tax) per 1KW will be added.
・1 outlet per 1KW will be attached.
*Additional outlets and earth terminal require extra charges.
*If you need a 200V power supply (Single phase / Three-phase), please ask the secretariat.
