After an application has been accepted, cancellations are generally not allowed unless the Organizing Committee determines that the cancellation is due to force majeure. If the Organizing Committee approves the cancellation, the applicant must submit a written explanation of the cancellation reasons. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date the cancellation notice is received.

* The organizer reserves the right to terminate the annual meeting early, postpone, scale it down, relocate, or cancel it due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by sponsoring companies as a result of these changes.
* If the annual meeting is canceled or its format is changed due to the reasons mentioned above, the organizer will calculate the sponsorship fee after deducting preparation costs and either bill or refund the difference to the sponsoring companies. The adjusted amount will be calculated retroactively, based on the period from the originally scheduled meeting dates to the date of cancellation or format change.
